How do I care for my jewellery?
To ensure your jewellery stays looking its best, please remove before sleeping and avoid getting the pieces wet e.g. Remove before showering or sporting activities.
Be careful when handling your jewellery as each piece is made with glass beads; beads could break if the necklace is dropped or mishandled.
What materials are used to make the jewellery?
All of our jewellery is made from glass beads. We use silver plated or sterling silver clasps on most of our products unless stated otherwise in the product description.
How can I request a refund?
Please email info@bibiandvi.co.uk to request a refund.
What can I do if my jewellery is damaged or broken?
Not to worry! We offer a repairs service on all pieces, whether a clasp or bead has broken. We will be more than happy to repair this for you.*
If your jewellery has been damaged or broken, either before you recieved the piece or afterwards: please contact repairs@bibiandvi.co.uk.
*Please note, not all beads can be replaced with an exact match. Options will be discussed with you prior to changing any beads or designs.

How will my jewellery be packaged?
You will receive your piece in a reusable cotton bag, which will be packaged inside of a recyclable box. This box will be posted to you within an envelope, keeping your piece safe from any damage on the journey!
How can I return a product I no longer want?
We have a returns policy of 30 days. Please request a return through the shop, or email returns@bibiandvi.co.uk.
